A 4 ingredient Chocolate fudge recipe that takes just 10 minutes to make and uses easily available ingredients.
As a home baker and chocolatier, I used to make different kind of flavored fudges(mango, strawberry, Nutella, peanut butter and many more) for my clients when in India. I first came across fudge recipe on Milkmaid site(condensed milk brand available in India). These are so easy to make and my kids also love it. Last week my daughter asked me to make chocolate fudge for her friends as she had to take something to school for her group sharing. I added mixed nuts(almonds, walnuts and pistachios) to add the crunch. Her friends loved the fudge that I had send for them. My little one loves the Oreo Chocolate fudge so I made it the next day along with some Mango Fudge, will soon update the recipes.
How to make Chocolate Fudge
For making this Mixed Nut Chocolate Fudge, we need Condensed Milk, Chocolate Chips and Vanilla Extract. You can make these on the stove-top in a non-stick pan or in the microwave. Either way, it takes just 10 minutes to cook. After cooking the fudge we need to set it immediately. Setting time is 2 hrs and after that cut it into pieces and then you are all set to enjoy the delicious bite!!
Let’s see how to make delicious Chocolate Fudge with Mixed Nuts
I used half of the condensed milk can for making fudge(200 g), a cup of semisweet chocolate chips, a tbsp of Vanilla spoon.
Prepare a square dish or rectangular pan, grease it lightly and line it with a butter paper to easily take out the fudge once it sets.
For making on stove-top, take condensed milk in a non-stick pan, keep the flame to medium, and start stirring it. Add chocolate chips to it and mix it well. The chips will start melting.
Keep stirring it till all the chocolate melts and mixes well. Cook till the mixture becomes smooth. Add vanilla extract. Transfer into the dish.
Let it cool and set. You can keep it in the refrigerator to speed up the setting process.
Once set, cut into square pieces and store in an air-tight container. Can be stored at room temperature. It can be stored for 3-4 days but I am sure your guys will also finish these in no time as mine do!! 🙂

- Heavy bottomed Pan
- Dish or bowl to set the fudge
- ½ can Condensed Milk- 200 gm
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips-
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Finely Chopped Mixed Nuts
- Line a square/rectangular pan with parchment paper.
- In a non-stick pan, take condensed milk and start heating it on medium flame.
- Add Chocolate-chips to it and mix well.
- When the chocolate melts completely and the mixture is smooth, switch off the flame and add vanilla essence.Mix well.
- Add the nuts and mix well.
- Transfer the hot mixture to the prepared pan.
- Let it cool and once the fudge sets cut into squares and store in an air-tight container.
