Guacamole, a delcious an avocado based dip or spread from Mexican Cuisine. Gluten-free and Vegan, quick and easy to make. Easy to make fresh guacamole recipe.
Servings: 1 Cup
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 Finely chopped Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1-2 Jalapeno
- 1-2 Limes
- Cilantro or Fresh Coriander leaves
- Chilli Flakes
- Salt to taste
Cut and scoop out the pulp of avocado. Cut and deseed Jalapeno and chop it finely.
In a mixing bowl mash avocado with fork or potato masher, add lime juice 1-2 tsp or as required
Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, finely chopped jalapeno, finely chopped cilantro leaves , salt and chilli flakes.
Mix everything well and add some more lime juice.
Serve with a bowl of corn chips or as per your preference.
In case for a smooth guacamole, your can run avocado in food processor also.
Omit jalapenos if you do not like , add chilli flakes.
Recipe can be adjusted as per your preferences.
