Spinach dip with the goodness of Spinach Greens, Cream Cheese and Sour Cream. Creamy dip that can also be used as spread or filling in sandwiches, rolls and wraps.
Wash Spinach and Mint leaves well in running water. Dry on kitchen towel.
Add spinach, mint leaves in food processor. Pulse for few seconds
Add cream cheese, sour cream and mix in processor.
Take out in bowl and serve.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt or hung yogurt/curd if you do not have the above two. For Vegan version you can also use any plant based yogurt or cashews nuts with spinach.
