Nutella Brownie Dessert Cups
Easy to make Mini Nutella Brownie cups made with your favourite brownie recipe and yumm nutella. Make these easy to bake dessert cups for your kids parties and celebrations.
Servings: 12 mini cups
Hand or Electric beater
- ¾ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch/Cornflour
- ½ Cup Nutella
- ½ Cup Soft Butter(Salted or Unsalted)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Sugar/Brown Sugar See Notes
For Nutella Brownies With Eggs
For Eggless Nutella Brownies
- ¼ Cup Yogurt/Curd
- ½ Cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Preheat oven to 375°F or 190°C
In a mixing bowl sift together whole wheat flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add ¼ tsp of salt when using unsalted butter. Mix well and keep aside.
In another bowl, melt butter and add sugar and vanilla essence to it. Mix till sugar dissolves.
Add nutella and mix well.
One by one and keep on mixing. Do not overbeat the batter.
Add flour mix and fold batter with light hands using spatula. Do not over beat the batter. Brownies or cups will become hard on baking,
Transfer the batter to muffin tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F or 190°C for 20 mins in regular pan and 12-15 in mini muffin tray..
Once done, press the center of each muffin cup with a spoon or measuring cup to make the indent.
Let it cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Use as required.
Use any other sugar like cane sugar or brown sugar. We like moderate sweet desserts, for more sweeter taste you can add 1/2 Cup sugar. Also, coconut sugar is much sweeter than normal cane sugar, adjust the amount of sugar with care and as per taste.
Instead of Whole Wheat flour you can use All-purpose flour/Maida also.
