In a mixing bowl/blender add all the ingredients and blend to fine paste.
When mixing manually, make fine paste of ginger and garlic and then use in the recipe.
Add water as per desired consistency. Some like thick Peanut sauce and some like it on the thinner side.
Refrigerate in an air tight container and use as required. Stays good for about a week.

Notes
Substitute for Peanut Butter- If you are allergic to peanuts then you can useAlmond Butter, Sunflower Butter or any good nut/seeds butter. You can also use store bought ginger garlic paste in the recipe. Also, you can only use garlic powder(1/4 tsp) and omit ginger if you want. For Gluten-free option you can use Tamari Sauce. You can also use Chilli Garlic Sauce. When using it, you can omit fresh garlic as too much of garlic can over power the taste of sauce.Or, use chilli flakes in case you run out of Siracha or chilli sauce.Raw Cane Sugar, Coconut Sugar, Jaggery Powder, Honey or Maple sugar all are good to go in your peanut sauce. Vegan can avoid honey and use any other preferred option. When using sweetened Peanut butter, adjust the amount of sweetener used in the recipe if you do not want too sweet sauce/dip.Substitute a tsp of Tahini in place of Sesame seeds or oil.
