Dry roast Coriander seeds till it gives aroma and turns brown.
½ Cup Coriander Seeds/Dhania
Take out in a plate and let it cool.
Add ghee in the pan/kadhai and roast makhana.
3 tbsp Ghee, ¼ Cup Makhana/Fox nuts
Once done take it out and roast almonds and cashew nuts.
¼ Cup Mixed Nuts
Roast melon seeds and then grated coconut.
2 tbsp Grated Dry Coconut, 2 tbsp Melon Seeds/Char Magaz
Cool all the ingredients and then separately coarsely grind coriander seeds(add green cardamom if using), fox nuts, almonds and cashew nuts.
1-2 Green Cardamom
Add roasted coconut, melon seeds sweetener in the grinder jar and then pulse once, to lightly grind and mix the melon seeds and coconut.
½ Cup Jaggery Powder
Mix all the ingredients together and store in airtight container.
