Soak dates on warm water or soak for and hour before making smoothie.
3-4 Dates(seedless)
Soak chia seeds in water.
1 tsp Soaked Chia Seeds
In a blender jar, add frozen strawberries, pineapple, coconut milk
1 Cup Frozen Strawberry, 1 Cup Frozen Pienapple, 1 tsp Soaked Chia Seeds, 1 Cup Coconut Milk
Blend smoothly.
Add soaked chia seeds and serve.
Notes
Use any sweetener of your choice if strawberries are a bit tart.Substitute coconut milk with any plant milk or yogurt. If there are no dairy restrictions, then you can add yogurt also. Additional Add-ins- Blueberries or Raspberries, Banana, Protein Powder, Apple, Hemp Seeds.
