Honey Labneh Dip is rich and creamy dip with Labneh or Strained Yogurt Cheese. We all love Greek Yogurt served with fruits or in any form. Now try this sweet labneh recipe as fruit dip with your favourite fruits and crackers.

  • Strainer
  • Cheesecloth
  • 2 Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Ingredients
  

Make Honey Labneh

  • 2 tbsp Honey +more to drizzle on labneh
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate Arils
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Mango

To make Labneh Cheese

  • 400 g Yogurt
  • ¼ tsp Salt

For Serving

  • Berries, Grapes as required to serve
  • Crackers as required to serve

Instructions
 

Make Honey Labneh

  • Take Labneh in a bowl. Add honey and beat it to smooth consistency.
    2 tbsp Honey
  • .Add chopped mango pieces and pomegranate arils. Mix it nicely.
    2 tbsp Chopped Mango, 2 tbsp Pomegranate Arils
  • Spread it into a dish or plate in which you want to serve. Or, simply take in a dip bowl.
  • Serve with fruits like apples, pear, berries, veggie sticks and crackers.
    Crackers as required, Berries, Grapes as required

Make Labneh

  • Spoon full fat yogurt into the cheesecloth. Now place the strainer on bowl, big enough to fit the strainer Add ¼ tsp salt.
    400 g Yogurt
  • Also, the level of the strainer should not touch the base of the bowl. There should be enough space for the whey to drip.
  • Keep it for about 24 hrs. the longer you keep it to strain, the dense and creamy cheese you will get. This is Labneh.
  • You can store it in a container with airtight lid. Or, use it to make Honey Labneh.
