Beat butter and sugar together till light and fluffy.
½ Cup Unsalted Butter, ½ Cup Sugar
Add vanilla essence and mix lightly.
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Add jowar flour, salt and baking powder.
1 Cup Jowar flour, ¼ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Baking Powder
Also, add desiccated coconut, chopped cashew nuts and chocolate chips.
2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut, 2 tbsp Chopped cashews, 2 tbsp Chocolate Cookies
Lightly fold in batter.
Gather the batter and keep it to chill for 15 mins.
Add milk if the dough is crumbly or dry.
Preheat oven at 180°C or 350°F.
Make small lemon sized balls and arrange on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 mins. till the cookies are done.
Cookies are done when it spreads a bit , get crinkles and the bottom and edges turn brown.
Take out of the oven and let it cool.
Transfer to an air tight jar/ container and enjoy.
Stays good for about a week.
