Pineapple and Mint Lassi
Sweet and Tangy Lassi with fresh Mint leaves and pineapple slices. An absolute summer thirst quencher with the goodness of yogurt, pineapple and mint, to keep the body light and cool from scorching summers.
- 2 Cups Yogurt/Curd/Dahi
- 1 Cup Pineapple Pieces
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint leaves(10-12)
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- Sugar/Sweetener as required
- Chilled Water as per required consistency of Lassi
In a blender, add yogurt, pineapple pieces, mint leaves. Add sugar if using.
Add water as per required consistency.
Blend till smooth consistency.
