3 tbsp Ragi Flour 1+1/4 Cup Water 2 Glass Buttermilk see notes Mint/Coriander/Green Chillies for garnish skip green chillies if making for kids
Mix ragi with 1/4 cup water and make a thick paste.
In a pan heat 1 cup water, once the water starts to boil, add ragi paste, mix it well and cook it until it forms a thick and glossy mixture.
Once it cools down. mix as required in a glass of buttermilk, yogurt.
To make the sweet version add it in chilled milk or hot milk with sweetener as required.
