Nutritious Ladoos made with Ragi(Finger Millet Flour) and dried fruits and nuts like almonds, cashew nuts, figs, dates and purnes.

Pan to roast Ragi flour

- 3/4 Cup Ragi Flour
- 1/2 Cup Almonds/Cashewnuts/Walnuts
- 1 Cup Dates, Figs, Purnes, dried Cranberries and mango pieces
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
In a pan roast ragi flour with ghee, till it gives the roasted aroma.
Once roasted, keep aside flour to cool.
In food processor, pulse dried fruits(dates, figs purnes and cranberries).
Add almonds and cashews pulse till everything starts to come together. to the desired size.
Now add ragi flour and mix everything again.
Take out the mixture in a ixing bowl, and form ladoos of desired size. I prefer small bite sized.
Store in an airtight conatiner.
