3/4CupMixed veggies(finely chopped bell peppers , corns)or use as preferred
½CupPizza Sauce
Butter/ Olive Oil optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C. Heat the baking trays while the oven is in preheat mode.
Mix finely chopped bell peppers, onions, and corns with seasoning, chilli flakes, garlic powder and salt
Spread butter on one side and sauce on the other side.
Spread a thin layer of cheese , then veggies and then again cheese .
Add some more seasoning and chilli flakes if your wish.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in preheated oven for 10-15 mins at 400°F or 200°C. till the cheese bubbles and sides of base look crisp and crusty
Serve hot.
Notes
You can use burger buns, sandwich thins like I have used.Add toppings of your choice like mushrooms, spinach , paneer or cooked chicken.Baking tray should be hot for a crusty base.
