In a dish ort plate take flax seed meal and coat cutlets in it.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add cutlets and fry till light brown on both the side.
Bake in Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C.
Brush Cutlets with oil and bake for 10 min. first. Then turn cutlets and bake for another 10 minutes, or till light brown and baked.
Serve hot with any chutney or dip of your choice.
You can make these without spinach also. Or, add other shredded veggies like cabbage, carrots or beetroot.Substitiute Chickpea flour/ Cornstarch in place of flax meal. You can also use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
