Basil Lemon Dressing
Basil Lemon Dressing recipe with fresh basil leaves and citrusy lemons for salads, sandwiches marinades or dip for breads.
Grater for Lemon zest
- 1 cup packed Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Sweetener(as per taste) Honey/Agave Nectar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1-2 tsp Italian Seasoning Optional
- Lemon Zest from 1 lemon
Grate the peel of one lemon and keep aside.
In a processor/blender, add all the ingredients except olive oil and pulse for 4-5 times.
Add olive oil and pulse again for 2-3 times.
Store in an air-tight container and use as required.
