Learn how to make Chaas or Indian Buttermilk(Mathha) with spices, for hot summer.
Masala Chaas, Spiced Indian Yogurt Drink
Blender or Ballon Whisk/Churner(Mathani)
Fresh Mint Leaves
Fresh Cilantro/Coriander Sprigs
Roasted Cumin Powder
Fresh Ginger Piece
Jaggery Powder/Raw Cane Sugar/Honey
Black Salt/Himalayan Pink Salt

Take curd/yogurt in a bowl or jug big bowl
Add kala namak /Himalayan pink salt,jaggery powder/sugar, water and beat/ mix with water with churner/whisk.
Crush mint and coriander leaves in a pestle. Add to the buttermilk.
Crush dry roasted jeera(cumin) seeds. Mix nicely .
To make in blender, combine all ingredients and blend at high speed till everything mixes well.
For Vegan Version, use any vegan/plant based yogurt.
