Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • Cup Watermelon pieces
  • ½ Cup Blueberries
  • 1-2 Kiwifruit
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala/Jal Jeera Powder or as per taste

Quick Chaat Masala

  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • ½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instructions
 

  • Take all 3 fruits in a blender and blend well. Add the spice mix(Chaat Masala/Black salt and Cumin Powder mix) and mix well.
    1½ Cup Watermelon pieces, ½ Cup Blueberries, 1-2 Kiwifruit, 1 tsp Chaat Masala/Jal Jeera Powder, 1 tsp Black Salt, ½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder, ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Pour and glass, chill for some time or add ice before having and enjoy!!!

Notes

Customize the recipe with the ingredients of your choice.
Adjust the amount as per the no. of people you are making smoothie.
Substitute for Chaat Masala- As a substitute for these add Black or Himalayan Pink salt with some crushed roasted cumin powder. My word you will love these spice mixes in your fruits, juices or smoothies and salads.
You can also add a tsp of Chia Seeds, that make the smoothie more thick and filling.
