Sweet and Spicy Brussel Sprouts is a great way to try out this veggie from your regular boiled or plain roasted one. The Brussels sprouts are coated/marinated in sweet and spicy sauce and which makes it crispy taking away the bitterness if any and making it so delicious!!

Cut the heads vertically.

Tastes best when eaten fresh and hot.
Stays good for 3-4 days when refrigerated in an air tight container.
Reheating Cooked Brussels Sprouts
To reheat Brussels Sprouts in Air Fryer- Set the temperature to 150C/300F and reheat for 7-8 mins. On a higher temp. these may burn and become very dry.
To reheat Brussels Sprouts in Oven- Reheat on preheating mode at 300 F for 10 mins.
I do not recommend heating the Sprouts in microwave, as these become soggy and lose the crunch.
Notes
