Soak almonds in warm water for about 10 mins.
Also, soak basil seeds and fennel seeds.
1 tsp Fennel Seeds, 1 tbsp Basil Seeds/Sabja
Basil seeds swell up and double up when soaked.
Wash paan leaves nicely.
In a blender add paan leaves, peeled and soaked almonds, gulkand, and soaked fennel seeds. You can use the water from soaked fennel seeds.
2-3 Paan leaves, 1 tbsp Gulkand/Rose Petal Jam, 4-5 Soaked and Peeled Almonds
Add a ice cube before pureeing. Blend/grind to a fine paste.
Add chilled milk and blend.
2 Cups Chilled Milk
Check if more sugar is required.
Raw sugar like honey,jaggery powder
Serve immediately or refrigerate a couple of hrs.
