- Dry roast Coriander seeds till it gives aroma and turns brown. - ½ Cup Coriander Seeds/Dhania 
- Take out in a plate and let it cool.  
- Add ghee in the pan/kadhai and roast makhana.  - 3 tbsp Ghee, ¼ Cup Makhana/Fox nuts 
- Once done take it out and roast almonds and cashew nuts.  - ¼ Cup Mixed Nuts 
- Roast melon seeds and then grated coconut.  - 2  tbsp Grated Dry Coconut, 2 tbsp Melon Seeds/Char Magaz 
- Cool all the ingredients and then separately coarsely grind coriander seeds(add green cardamom if using), fox nuts, almonds and cashew nuts.  - 1-2 Green Cardamom 
- Add roasted coconut, melon seeds sweetener in the grinder jar and then pulse once, to lightly grind and mix the melon seeds and coconut. - ½ Cup Jaggery Powder 
- Mix all the ingredients together and store in airtight container.
