1-2CupsWhite Chocolate Baking Chipsor use any good quality white chocolate
1/2CupChopped Dried Cranberries
1/2Cup Chopped Shelled Pistachios
Line a baking sheet or a pan with parchment paper.
Melt White Chocolate using the double boiler or microwave method.
Once the chocolate is melted add cranberries and pistachios and fold and spread on the lined sheet.
Let it set for 30 mins and the cut with a sharp knife or break with the hand in irregular pieces. Store in an air-tight container.
Add a few drops of orange oil for a citrusy flavor. Avoid using essence to the white chocolate, it will make the chocolate grainy.Peppermint candy pieces or peppermint oil can also be added to give the pepperminty kick to the creamy nutty bar.
