Rajasthani Lehsun Ki Chutney
Rajasthan's famous chutney Lehsun ki Chutney. Garlic chutney with whole red chillies. Rajasthani Cuisine.
Servings: 1 Cup
- 15-20 Garlic Cloves
- 10-12 Whole Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Sarson Oil/Mustard Oil or use any of your choice
- 1-2 tsp Vinegar(I used Apple Cider)/Lemon Juice
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Suagr/Jaggery optional
Wash and soak whole dry red chillies in water for 15-20 minutes.
Peel and wash garlic.
Grind the chillies and garlic in grinder till smooth. While grinding add salt and vinegar/lemon juice. Add little water.
In a pan heat oil and add the chutney paste. ad sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
Use 2 tbsp of Red chilli powder if you don't have whole red chillies.
