How to make Ash Gourd Juice

Winter Melon is a very plain fruit has no taste of it's own, just like cucumber. The juice may taste very blend. To enhance the taste you can add a lemon( as per your taste) some crushed mint leaves, black salt and black pepper. If you have body type which is more prone to cold and cough after having something that is cool in nature (tassir).

Method

The juice is very easy to make. You can use your any juicer or even blend the roughly chopped pieces in a high speed blender.

If the gourd has thick and hard seeds then discard the seeds before juicing it. There is no need to discard the soft and very thin seeds(unripe melon).

When making in blender then, strain the juice there are more fibres or seeds.

Add lemon juice, crushed fresh mint leaves, freshly ground black pepper powder and black salt (pink himalayan salt) as per taste.

Ohh.. ash gourd is known to relive constipation and other stomach and skin related aliments.. you can checkout various Ayurvedic sites for that .. my daughter too has the problem and since the time she started having it she feels much better now and I too feel change in my energy levels.. as we suffered from Covid also .. is it because of the juice only or any other new ingredient included in your diet.. may be ginger is the reason for your problem as it is hot in nature and sometimes too much ginger in diet gives the problem.. pls checkout with some Ayurvedic professional for the reason as this juice should not be the main problem..
