Mango Thandai Lassi
Mango Thandai Lassi a refreshing drink made with mangoes, yogurt and thandai masala. A healthy and filling drink for summers.
Servings: 2 glasses
- 1½ Cup Plain Yogurt
- 3/4 Cup Mango puree see notes for fresh mango
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Thandai Powder
- 1-2 tsp Finely Chopped Nuts like Cashew nuts, Pistachios and Almonds
In a blender, add mango puree, yogurt, thandai powder with water.
Blend until smooth.
Chill , garnish with finely chopped nuts of choice and serve.
When using fresh Mangoes
If Lassi is too thick, add some water to adjust the consistency as per your preference.
- use 1 big mango. Peel and cut into chunks. Discard the seed.
- Blend with all the other ingredients.
- Add sugar as desired or sweetness of mango.
