Mango puree

Thandai Powder

Finely Chopped Nuts like Cashew nuts, Pistachios and Almonds
Instructions
In a blender, add mango puree, yogurt, thandai powder with water.
1½ Cup Plain Yogurt,
3/4 Cup Mango puree,
1/2 Cup Water
Blend until smooth.
Chill , garnish with finely chopped nuts of choice and serve.
Notes
When using fresh Mangoes
use 1 big mango. Peel and cut into chunks. Discard the seed.
Blend with all the other ingredients.
Add sugar as desired or sweetness of mango.
If Lassi is too thick, add some water to adjust the consistency as per your preference.
