Baked Pasta with veggies in creamy white sauce (Bechamel Sauce)

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup Pasta
  • 1-2 Cups Mixed Bell Peppers+Carrots+Beans+Corns or any vegetable of your choice
  • 2-3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Italian Seasoning or Mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes optional
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°C.
  • Cook pasta in boiling water till al dente. Once done, drain the water, and keep aside till use or add if veggies are ready.
  • Meanwhile pasta is cooking, saute the veggies in butter and freshly crushed garlic. Add Italian seasoning and herbs like basil or oregano.
  • Add pasta , half of the cheese and white sauce, mix well.
  • Mix together bread crumbs and remaining grated cheese.
  • Transfer pasta in an oven-friendly dish and spread the bread crumb topping.
  • Bake for about 30 mins till the crust is golden brown and cheese bubbles..Serve hot..
