- ½ Cup Milk
- ? Cup Palin Yogurt/Curd
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1-2 tbsp Raw Cane Sugar/Jaggery Powder or Candy Sugar(Mishri)
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 4-5 Tulsi Leaves
- 2 tsp Ganga Jal optional
Additional Ingredients(optional)
- 8-10 Phool Makhana/Fox nuts Lotus Seeds
- 4-5 Crushed Almonds or Cashew Nuts or both
- 1 tsp Chironji
- 1 tbsp Thinly sliced Dry Coconut or add grated Coconut
- pinch of cardamom powder
In a mixing bowl add milk, curd/yogurt, sugar, honey, ghee and ganga jal.
Mix nicely.
If adding nuts then coarsely crush and add it to the mixture.
Keep it in clean cool place or refrigerate it before serving or using it in pooja.
Adjust the amount of honey and sugar as per your taste.
Adjust the ingredients as per the no. of people you will be offering it.
