Peel Almonds.
8-10 Soaked and peeled Almonds
In blender jar add all the ingredients (leave out the ingredients under toppings section)
1 Cup Frozen Mango chunks or roughly chopped, ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple chunks, ¾ Cup Papaya Chopped, ½ Cup Thick Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup/Honey/Raw Sugar
The recipe is adaptable and you can increase or decrease the amount of fruits used.SubstitutionsIn place of coconut cream you can add almond milk. Add only 1/2 cup, keep the consistency thick. You can also add any plant based or dairy yogurt. You can also add banana in place of yogurt. Skip Papaya then, as banana is a wrong combination food with it.You can also add good protein powder or supplement if you are using any.Sweetener- Fruits are naturally sweetened, but if the fruits are not very sweet or the pineapple/mango are a bit tart then you can add some raw sugar like honey, maple sugar. You can also add jaggery powder, date syrup or coconut sugar. You can simply have it like a smoothie, add more liquid(coconut milk).
