In a bowl make slurry with cornstarch and rice flour, black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Add ¼ cup water. Also add 1 tsp oil in the batter.
2 tbsp Cornstarch/Cornflour, 2 tbsp Rice Flour, ½ tsp Garlic Powder, ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, ½ tsp Salt, 2 tsp Oil
Dip and coat the florets in slurry.
In another bowl, take Almond Flour. Coat the cauliflower wings nicely in flour.
½ Cup Almond Flour
Brush the basket lightly with oil.
Arrange the breaded florets/wings in air fryer basket. Dust off extra flour from the florets.
You can also brush the cauliflower wings with oil. Preheat the air fryer at 200C or 400F.
Air fry the wings for 12-15 mins. at 200 C or 400 F.
Mix together all the sauces along with sugar.
