Corn Peanut Chaat recipe | Healthy Corn Peanut Chaat

Corn Peanut Chaat

Corn and Peanut Chaat is a quick snack ,a few minutes it all takes to mix and toss all the ingredients together.

Sweet Corn and Crunchy Peanuts, mixed seasoned with most simplest dressing. A recipe, which hardly takes a few minutes, so simple and easy but pack a punch of flavors.

Corn Peanut Chaat can be served as snack for evening time or even as an accomplishment with chips and nachos for parties.

Here I present you Corn Peanut Chat with different two different and very simple flavor combinations, One is in Indian flavors with lemon and Chaat Masala dressing and the other in Italian flavors of basil with lemon in lemon and basil Italian dressing.

It is a healthy snack for kids and grown ups alike. A protein rich, gluten-free and vegan snack.

People in India enjoy Chaats of various kinds. There are many versions of Chaat from fried to simple salads.. Topped with sweet and tangy chutneys or lemon and chaat masala dressing seasoned with chaat masala. These can be topped with sweet yogurt and other ingredients like sev, papdi .

Ingredients for Sweet Corn and Peanut Chaat

The star ingredient here are sweet corn and peanuts.

I like to use Red Bell Pepper in my salads. It adds on the crunch and a kind of sweet taste to dishes.

You can also add finely Chopped Cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, pomegranate pearls for more nutrition and taste.

Lime and Lemon can be used to add the tang and taste.

For variation, add Lemon Basil dressing made freshly at home or use store-bought Lemon Basil Vinaigrette.
