Yes, you heard me right, delicious bread pizza that come together in just 30 minutes flat with any kneading and proofing of dough.

It’s summertime, kids vacations are going on.. Yet no plans for long holiday, few activity classes. I do not like to rush them to this class or that class, let them enjoy on their own. there is so much to do  and learn at home too. Weekends we visit to nearby adventure park go for swimming or just play and walk around in park… The whole day being at home or coming back from activities, carving something different to eat instead of regular meals. Moms have to find new and fun ways to feed them.

How to make Bread Pizza

Bread Pizza can be made in oven, on tawa(griddle) or in microwave on convection mode. It takes just 10-15 minutes to get crunchy cheesy pizza.

Pizza Sauce or Pasta Sauce (store-bought or homemade) or use even tomato ketchup . Italian Seasoning, Chilli Flakes(optional) and vegetables of your choice. For homemade pizza and pasta sauce checkout this Marinara Sauce) recipe.

Melting cheese like Mozzarella or Pizza cheese(as known in India). I also like to add pepper jack and some parmesan with mozzarella.

Mix finely chopped veggies like mixed bell peppers, corns, olives , mushrooms can be used to as topping.. Non-vegetarians can add cooked meat like chicken of their choice. here I have added bell peppers, onions, corns and cherry tomatoes cut in small pieces.Mix all the veggies with Italian seasoning and very little salt. I also like to add garlic powder to veggies. It adds a nice garlicky flavour to pizza.

Apply very light butter or olive oil one side of bread. Keep that side down. On the top spread pizza sauce or ketchup. Sprinkle some cheese , then spread the veggie mix. Top with more cheese, seasoning. And bake at 400°F or 200°F  in a preheated oven for 10-15 mins.

How to make Bread Pizza in Microwave

Set the microwave to Convection Mode, preheat the oven 400°F or 200°F and bake at the same temperature for 10-15 mins.

How make Bread Pizza in Tawa(Griddle)..

Heat tawa on medium heat then keep the bread slices with toppings, cover with a lid and cook until cheese melts and bread looks crispy from sides. Keep the flame to low as bread can burn on high flame. I still remember, I baked my first ever pizza on tawa only with a store bought pizza base. I comes out very nice one has just to be careful and keep a watch that base doesn’t burn out.
