Strawberry Milkshake creamy, rich and delicious milkshake made with fresh strawberries.. just like the one that you get in your favourite cafe/parlour!!

A very simple recipe but fun to make so yummy perfect for hot summer evenings that your can enjoy with  your kids.

Strawberries are such a treat for eyes and taste buds.. So pretty looking !! perks up the flavour and visual appeal of any dish.. I love to use it in my salads(Fresh Strawberry Salad with Orange Dressing, shakes, smoothies and desserts (Strawberry Cream). Add in your cake batter, frosting for the  fruity flavour.

Apart from the taste and visual appeal, strawberries are rich source of  vitamins (Vit. C) and minerals. Also, are rich in manganese, potassium and folate. Good for heart and have anti-carcinogenic properties.

Summers are the time for smoothies. juices, icecreams and all things cool and refreshing. Stores are loaded with fresh seasonal fruits. Strawberry Frappucino is one of our favourite shake after Mango milkshake and my kids favourite Oreo Frappucino. We like our milkshake neither too thin nor too thick. Just the right consistency enjoy every sip.

Ingredients for Strawberry Milkshake..

Strawberries and Milk of course!! For creamy rich shake, the secret ingredient is vanilla ice cream. You can add strawberry ice cream also. I do not like store bought Strawberry ice cream as it is loaded with artificial flavours. I prefer making my own strawberry ice-cream at home bursting with fresh strawberry taste. Will soon update the post for the same. Sugar or any natural sweetener like maple syrup. As we are adding ice cream also, add sugar as per your taste.

Pls. Note in case you do not have ice cream, you can add heavy whipped cream to the shake. This also adds on to the richness of shakes.

Let’s see in detail how to make this easy and so delicious Strawberry Milkshake..
