Creamy Rich Mango Cheesecake Ice Cream with Cream Cheese and Mango Puree
Summers are the best time to relish different ice creams, kulfis , granitas and everything chilled and cold. For Ice Cream lovers here I present you with a delicious rich and creamy Ice cream with your favourite fruit for summers.. Mango.
There is no other word for this smooth and silken ice cream, but Yumm!! Yummilicious Mango Cheesecake Ice cream with there and swirls of strawberry sauce for the that sweet and tangy contrasting flavour.
I know I recently shared a Mango Kulfi, and now I am here with another Cold Dessert. But what to do, kids are home, temperatures are rising, and we too are at last now experiencing some heat.
For this current post I had planned to make a No Egg, No Gelatin, No Agar No Agar Mango Cheesecake using White Chocolate. I had to link it for a group theme related to Desserts for Summers.. But, the cake didn’t set properly as might have added less white Chocolate. So my Mango Cheesecake came out mousse like didn’t set properly and I couldn’t take proper pics for the slices.But we thoroughly enjoyed the creamy mousse like Mango Cheesecake. Though I missed posting for them theme due to poor net connection.
I had frozen the extra cheesecake filling in freezer thinking of using it for using in some dessert or serving to kids with mangoes and berries. That’s when it stuck me I don’t have Cheesecake for the post but I have the Cheesecake Ice Cream. And everyone loves ice creams why not post it now.. It’s the best time for Cheesecake Ice Cream!!
So here is my No Churn, No Eggs, No Gelatin and No Agar Agar Mango Cheesecake Ice Cream.So easy peasy and quick to make. all you have to do is to wait for the freezing time.
Let’s see how to make Mango Cheesecake Ice Cream
For this Mango Cheesecake Ice Cream, I used Cream Cheese of Course!!, Whipped Cream(Dairy) and White Chocolate along with Mango Puree.
Also, you can add any crushed cookies or digestive biscuits of your choice.
Chocolate makes milk based desserts more rich and creamy. It also adds some structure to it. I am a vegetarian and don’t use add gelatin to puddings and mousse. Also, I avoid adding eggs in milk based desserts, though I use it in baking. Cornstarch or cornflour as known in India, Chocolate or Agar Agar give smooth creamy texture and can be used a good substitute for gelatin.
Making Cheesecake can be a bit long process, but trust me this ice cream takes only 10 mins to prepare. As mentioned earlier, all you need especially the kids, to wait for a couple of hrs before it sets.
Beat cream cheese, cream and milk with sugar.
Melt White Chocolate in cream, cool it a bit then add with cream cheese and cream mix.
Add in Mango puree and lemon juice.
Fold lightly, transfer to shallow airtight container. I use loaf pans to freeze ice creams.
Freeze for 5-6 hrs.
I used my hand beater, but you can blend everything together in your blender jar also.
Cover the ice cream container tightly.
Please Note, You can add Mango /Strawberry pieces but it becomes icy. We don’t like icey fruit pieces in our ice creams, so I skip adding it.
I Added strawberry crush and made swirls or using toothpick. You can also add mango sauce/crush. For homemade Strawberry Crush recipe CLICK HERE.
To make small amount of strawberry crush, cook about 1 cup of fruit puree with 1 tbsp of sugar for 10 minutes in a pan, ot till it gets thicker. Cool and then add to desserts and ice creams.

Mango Cheesecake Icecream
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese 115 g or Half of Cream Cheese Pack(8 Oz or 226g)
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream `
- 1 Cup Mango Puree
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar/Icing Sugar
- Mango or Strawberry Concentrate for topping optional
- Digestive biscuits optional
- In a bowl, beat together, cream cheese, heavy cream and sugar and beat till soft peaks.
- In a bowl heat ¼ cup of cream, then and white chocolate to it. Mix it well, till chocolate dissolves.
- When chocolate ganache cools down, fold it with cream cheese.
- Add Mango Puree, lemon juice and fold lightly.
- Do not overbeat the mixture.
- Transfer to cream molds or shallow container.
- Add some strawberry crush/mango puree and make swirls with toothpick. Or you can also add mango pieces, crushed cookies or nuts for the crunch.
- Cover the conatiner and freeze for about 8 hrs. `
- When ready to serve, keep the ice cream container out for about 5 mins. This will loosen the ice cream.
- Dip a ice cream scooper in hot water and scoop out. Serve immediately with fruits, nuts or they way you like it.
Kids will love this and so will you.. enjoy a scoop of desert after dinner or any time just like that..it is okay to enjoy the sweet temptations once in a while.
Serve it with Strawberry Sauce, more or mango sauce or crushed cookies , it is surely going to make a sinful treat for the hot summer days.
