Make this easy and quick Cheesy Herb Dip with easily available ingredients.
A creamy and cheesy treat that you can use as dip or spread with your garlic bread, tortillas or use as spread for sandwiches or rolls.
Simple and readily available ingredients and 5 minutes, to enjoy your favorite Garlic bread. This creamy cheesy dip is so delcious, better than the one from your favorite take out. Spread some on tacos or chapatis top with with fresh cucumbers, grated carrots or any left over subzi and see your kids happily munch on the cheesy roll in minutes.
Ingredients for Cheesy Creamy Dip
To make this dip all we need is some cheese slices or cubes, milk, milk powder, some butter and herbs of your choice.
Any type of cheese is okay to use. Just avoid pre-shredded cheese(store-bought) as it has cornstarch in it and it may spoil the texture.
Do I need to cook the dip as it has milk in it??
No we just have to mix up all the ingredients and either microwave it or use the double broiler method to melt the cheese and mix everything.
How to store the Dip ..
This dip stays for at least 10 days in refrigerator when stored in an airtight container. If it thickens up add 1 tsp of milk and microwave it for few seconds.
Do not freeze it.
Ways in which I can use this Dip
Use it as a dip as the name suggests with breads, chips, nachos or veggies like carrots and cucumbers.
Use as spread to make your favorite roll or sandwiches. Kids love the creamy light texture.
Soon will update the recipe of Cheesy Brust Pizza that I make using this sauce.
