Dressing for Kachumber
Freshly squeezed lemon juice with dash of Chaat Masala, freshly ground black pepper (Kali Mirch) and Black Salt(Kala Namak) is the basic dressing for this salad. Many like to add vinegar also instead of lemon.
How to make Kachumber Salad
Simply chop finely all the vegetables. Also, finely chop cilantro or fresh coriander leaves. Try some mint leaves in salad for a refreshing taste, you will surely like it.
Take in a bowl and mix.
Make dressing . Mix together all the spices with lemon juice in a separate bowl. You can also add red chilli powder/chilli flakes for a spicy kick.
